  3. Free adult cycle training

    We’re offering free adult cycle training sessions with a qualified instructor. You just need to be over 16 and live in West Yorkshire.

    More than 1,250 people across West Yorkshire with mental and physical health challenges have boosted their wellbeing thanks to our specially designed, free, eight-week guided cycling scheme.
