One City Park Bradford
Together with the LEP, we invested Leeds City Region Growth Deal funding to support the demolition of a former police station in Bradford City Centre, ready for 8,500 square metres of high quality commercial space and 450 new jobs.
Thanks to our investment, the site, located off Centenary Square and named One City Park, is now cleared.
It is hoped new development on the site will be a catalyst to bring forward private sector investment, attract corporate firms to the location and enhance the overall image of Bradford.
