Leeds College of Building Phase 2
Our £11.9m Leeds City Region Growth Deal investment into Leeds College of Building is helping to fund a new state-of-the-art, 5,200 square metre, four-storey campus in the heart of South Bank Leeds.
The second phase of campus improvement works for Leeds College of Building, in Hunslet, the centre will train school leavers, mature students and apprentices in core skills, including tiling, plumbing and electrics.
Construction started in September 2017 and is expected to complete in Autumn 2018.
£1m of the Growth Deal grant is also being spent to refurbish the college’s North Street site.
