Legal Officer (Property) Post Ref R/L13

Grade I SP1-4 £26,402 - £30,571 per annum. Please note it is WYCA policy to recruit at SP1 for all appointments. Closing date 13th December 2017. Based in Leeds City Centre

We are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual, with a strong interest in and experience of property law, who would be well suited to working in a customer focused, service driven, high performing and pro-active legal team.

This is a newly created post in which you will provide assistance and support primarily to the Property, Planning and Compulsory Purchase Lawyer. However, you will also work independently (under supervision) on these three areas, providing legal advice, drafting contracts (particularly leases) and working collaboratively with other departments.

Qualifications required: CILEX qualification Associate (part 1) or law graduate as a minimum or full CILEX qualification (Fellowship); qualified solicitor or barrister or working towards these.
