Retail Manager Post Ref TS/C2

Grade M SP1-4 £44,483 - £51,507 per annum. Please note it is WYCA policy to recruit to SP1 for all appointments. Closing date 2 July 2017. Based in Leeds City Centre

The Combined Authority provide a wide retail network selling “smart” public transport ticketing products, issuing concessionary fare passes and providing a transport information and booking service.

We are seeking a dynamic and forward looking individual with extensive experience in managing retail services not necessarily in the transport or public sectors.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to develop key customer and stakeholder relationships. WYCA and the transport operators deliver ticketing products in partnership through the West Yorkshire Ticketing Company; the postholder will be the key link between the Authority and the Ticketing Company.
